Pezzolato’s Compost Line offers complete solutions for recycling and composting organic waste through a number of key processes, including volume reduction, shredding, mixing, turning and sorting. These machines are designed to meet the needs of gardeners, groundskeepers and nurserymen involved not only in the production and refining of high-quality compost on an industrial scale, but also in many other applications.
The machines in Pezzolato’s Compost Line are highly versatile and are also widely used in biomass processing, wood shredding and volume management of clippings, prunings and branches. They find application in large landfills, ecological islands and private companies. The Compost Line machines can be customised to the customer’s specific requirements and are available with different power supply options, including PTO drive, autonomous diesel engine or electric power supply.
Three main categories of machines are produced by Pezzolato:
- HAMMER BIOTRITURERS / SHREDDERS: these medium to large machines are ideal for the disposal of organic waste, as well as for shredding woody residues, mowings, prunings and biomass material.
- DRUM SCREENERS: these machines are specialised in compost refining, wood chip screening and the recovery of wood waste, dry and wet waste, and ground pallets.
- WIND ROW TURNERS: mainly used in small to medium-sized composting plants, revolvers allow better aeration of the organic material, accelerating the fermentation process.
