Log loading deck with hydraulic motor reducer

A) It’s available in standard versions, 2 chains with interaxle 800 mm (31.5”), for 400 mm (15.75”) log diameters and 3 meters (9′ 10.11”) log length, ranging from 4 meters (13′ 1.48”) to 10 meters (32′ 9.7”) loader length.

In general, the suplly from second chain to the third chain is recommended for the use of the loader with short logs, 1 meter (3′ 3.37”) length, which you can integrated the mechanical benks for contaning material, or with logs with exceeding 4 meters (13′ 1.48”) length.

B) For logs with bigger diameters, up to 1200 mm (3′ 11.24″) in diameter, log loader are available (sawmill series) with 2, 3, 4 or 5 chains depending log length, and with a singulator device.

OPTIONALS:

– Distributor for start up/stop conveyor inversion;

– Hydraulic unit for conveyor driving when is not connected to the machine;

– Trailer for moving log loader conveyor with removable wheels and towing;

– Transversal roller to facilitate manual feeding;

– Singulator.
